Description +
Clever and curious, the raccoon is a small mammal native to North America. It is recognized by its black mask around its eyes and its ringed tail, which give it a unique appearance.
An omnivore and opportunist, it feeds on fruits, nuts, insects, small animals, and does not hesitate to rummage through villages in search of food. Surprisingly, its name comes from its habit of dipping its food in water before eating it, a behavior that intrigues researchers. Very skillful, it uses its front paws almost like hands, capable of opening shells, manipulating objects, or climbing with agility.
This Papo figurine faithfully reproduces the raccoon: two-tone fur, ringed tail, and realistic posture. An ideal model to enrich a collection of wild animals, invent forest stories, or raise children's awareness of the richness of North American wildlife.
