The coconut fibers are attached to the base with glue. As a result, not all fibers are held in the same way, and it is completely normal for some fibers to come loose during the first uses.

For cleaning, dry clean. Use a brush, without water and without machine washing.

Each doormat is made from the husks of approximately 25 coconuts. The husks are first left to "mature" in coastal lagoons where they are harvested, then beaten by hand to extract the fiber. The doormats are then hand-painted and colored, one by one, using different stencils. A traditional open-air sun-drying technique then fixes the paint to the doormat's surface. Finally, a non-slip base is added to keep the doormat firmly in place and reduce the risk of slipping.
