The paint on the doormats remains intact over time. Discoloration may occur for various reasons, such as continuous use or exposure to sun or rain. To keep it in perfect condition, it is therefore recommended to avoid exposure to these elements.

The coconut fibers are attached to the base with glue. As a result, not all fibers are held with the same intensity, and it is perfectly normal for some fibers to come loose at the beginning of its use.

For cleaning, proceed dry. Use a brush, do not use water and do not machine wash.

Each doormat is made from the husks of approximately 25 coconuts. The husks are first "seasoned" in coastal lagoons where they are harvested, then manually beaten to extract the fiber. The doormats are then hand-painted and colored one by one using different stencils. A traditional outdoor sun-drying technique is then used to fix the paint to the surface of the doormat.
