Wood (Oak) and stainless steel knives
- Almond knife: ideal for aged cheeses, the blade easily detaches pieces of cheese and flakes.
- Narrow-bladed knife: suitable for notching the rind and obtaining flakes from grainy and aged cheeses.
- 2-prong cheese fork: ideal for holding cheeses steady while cutting and also for scooping and serving portioned cheeses.
